ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5087 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5087: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4, Section 10 and W 1/2 SW 1/4, Section 11 - Town of <br /> Verona described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said <br /> Section 10; thence N 88° 34' 43" West 158.61 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence N 88° 34' 43" West 66 feet; thence N 00° 46' East 994.87 feet; thence N <br /> 88° 57' 12" West 439.09 feet; thence N 00° 45' 59" East 1662.74 feet; thence S <br /> 89° 19' 28" Est 670.16 feet to East quarter corner; thence S 89° 18' 30" Esat <br /> 280.50 feet; thence S 00° 54' 23" West 1668.81 feet; thence N 88° 57' 12" West <br /> 441.52 feet; thence S 00° 46' West 995.30 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
