" ' V ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5088 ti <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5088: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 11, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 11; thence N 89° 09' 23" <br /> East, 1325.03 feet; thence S 00° 39' 20" East, 1423.50 feet to the Northeast <br /> corner of Lot #1 Certified Survey #4192; thence continue S 00° 39' 20" East, <br /> 267.70 feet to the Southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence S 86° <br /> 52' 50" West, 380.60 feet to the Southwest corner of said Certified Survey Map, <br /> also being the point of beginning; thence S 86° 52' 50" West, 81.38 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 40' 49" West, 267.92 feet; thence N 86° 54' 36" East, 81.37 feet <br /> to the Northwest corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence S 00° 40' 45" <br /> East, 267.88 feet to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Commercial use of this property shall be limited to a paving contractor <br /> business. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: Qt. 2 l 1991 <br />
