According to Land Division <br /> Reviewer Norbert Scribner, a new Certified Survey Map (CSM) is not required for <br /> the rezoning and land transfer, but is desirable. <br /> I am enclosing a copy of the Certified Survey Map with the strip in question <br /> highlighted, with an instruction sheet for Rezoning Applications.
