ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5090 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5090: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 1, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 1, Town of Sun Prairie; thence <br /> East along the East-West quarter line for a distance of 1850.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. Thence continue East along said East-West quarter line <br /> 785.0 more or less feet; thecne North 316.0 feet; thence West 785.0 more or <br /> less feet parallel to the East-West quarter line Section 1; thence South 316.0 <br /> feet to the East-West quarter line and point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 8 3 9 <br />
