ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5091 . <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5091: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 16; thence N 88° 59' 00" <br /> West, 282.83 feet along the centerline of Cross Country Road; thence S 10° 43' <br /> 00" East, 33.71 feet to the point on the South line of Cross Country Road and <br /> the point of beginning; thence continuing S 10° 43' 00' East, 849.84 feet; <br /> thence N 87° 04' 18" West, 191.70 feet; thence N 02° 55' 42" East, 99.84 feet; <br /> thence N 10° 43' 00" West, 121.40 feet; thence N 88° 30' 48" West, 470.04 feet <br /> to the East line of Nine Mound Road; thence N 26° 59' 34" West, 683.21 feet <br /> along said East line to the South line of Cross County Road; thence S 88° 59' <br /> 00" East, 831.00 feet along said South line to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
