ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5095 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PERRY <br /> he Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zonin: District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. 5095: <br /> Part if the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Perry described as follows: <br /> Comme cing at Southeast corner of Section 30; thence West 812 feet along South <br /> line .ection 30 to the point of beginning. Thence West 260 feet along South <br /> Section line thence North 420 feet; thence East 260 feet; thence South 420 feet <br /> to th- point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Condi ional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of th Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the Billowing conditions. <br /> DEED STRICTION REWIIIRED <br /> This .. uendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> Count the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on sa d land: <br /> A. The buildings located on the RH-1 zoned area shall be located as <br /> indicated on the Coenen site plan dated Oct. 15, 1991 which was approved <br /> by the Town Board on said date. <br /> Said estrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will , ause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDI IONS: <br /> 1. A revised easement shall be obtained as is indicated on the Coenen site <br /> plan dated Oct. 15, 1991 . <br /> 2. The driveway shall be installed as is indicated on the site plan. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: APR 2 1992 <br />
