We are requesting 2.5 acres in the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section <br /> 30 in the Township of Perry be rezoned to RH-1 for the purpose of building a single family <br /> residenc:, garage, and barn. The land is presently zoned A-1 Exclusive Agricultural. We would <br /> not be a•le to generate 30% of our income from the land which is required to building a single <br /> family re-idence on land zoned in A-1. <br /> We will a Oply for a building permit as soon as the rezoning is approved.
