Proper instrument(s) creating the estate or interest to be insured must be executed and duly filed for record, <br /> to wit: <br /> Mortgage from the party referred to in paragraph <br /> #2 of Schedule A to the proposed insured mortgagee, <br /> for $30,000. 00. <br /> 3. Payment and Satisfaction of outstanding mortgage from <br /> St. Peter's Congregation,Town of Springfield to Catholic <br /> Knights Insurance Society, for $60,000.00, dated September <br /> 14, 1966 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br /> for Dane County, Wisconsin on September 16, 1966, in Volume <br /> 1159 of Mortgages, page 569, as Document No. 1169978. <br /> 4. We should be furnished sufficient evidence that St. <br /> Peter's Congregation of Springfield has proper authority to <br /> mortgage the captioned premises to Catholic Knights Insurance <br /> Society, for $30,000.00. <br />
