During this inspection it was observed that a <br /> two-story addition to your residence was under construction. <br /> Section 10.25(2)(a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) states that no new building <br /> shall hereafter be erected, and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved <br /> or changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, <br /> until a zoning permit has been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance. <br /> A Dane County zoning permit is required for the addition to your residence. <br /> You are hereby instructed to obtain a Dane County zoning permit within 30 days of the date of <br /> this letter.
