ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5101 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-2 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 18; thence North 1,282.6 feet <br /> along the West line of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, thence N 82° 38' <br /> East 1,293.3 feet along the centerline of South Road; thence continue along the <br /> centerline of said South Road on a curve to the right, the radius is 592.28 <br /> feet, the long chord of which is North 87° 08' East 92.94 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue along said-curve to the right on said road <br /> centerline, the radius 592.28 feet; the long chord is S 83° 17' East 104.95 <br /> feet; thence continue along said road centerline S 78° 12' East 146.00 feet; <br /> htence N 39° 38" West 247.2 feet along a meanderline of the Yahara River; <br /> thence S 89° 30' West 67.3 feet; thence S 08° 32' West 149.3 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: SEP 12 1991 <br />
