rr�r <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7847 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7847/1630 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of CSM#3921, thence from the point of <br /> beginning and with the West line of said CSM N00°05'08" West, a distance of 282.51 feet <br /> to the Northwest corner of said CSM, said point of beginning of the Southwest corner of <br /> CSM#3710; thence N00°05'08"West, a distance of 212.00 feet to the Northwest corner <br /> of CSM#3710;thence N88°06'36"East, a distance of 200.00 feet to the Northeast <br /> corner of said CSM#3710; thence S00°05'08"East, a distance of 2.71 feet to a point; <br /> thence N88°15'33"East, a distance of 11.7 00 feet to a point; thence S00°05'08"East, a <br /> distance of 257.00 feet to a point; thence S46°49'53" West, a distance of 164.17 feet to a <br /> point; thence S00°05'08"East, a distance of 133.00 feet to a point on the South line of <br /> CSM#3921; thence with said South line N89°53'35" West, a distance of 197.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFE D SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.Town of Pleasant Springs Amended and restated deed of covenants and restrictions,dated September 5,2000. . <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.A certified survey map approved by the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void:''^ <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. /4 <br /> ce „ , <br /> f <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings, to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
