For the past animal leans I've built I've <br /> gone by the Dane County Zoning and Permit Office at the County <br /> Building and they have reassured me that I DO NOT have to get <br /> permits o construct agricultural buildings such as animal leans and <br /> given me photocopies of the ordinances that state so. Currently I'm <br /> building,a 10X1 0 horse lean and a 12X30 foot hay lean. These are <br /> also open on one side. As these buildings are less than 50 feet in <br /> height . d are for livestock and I do not reside in a flood zone, no <br /> permit s ould be necessary per past Dane County Zoning rules for <br /> unlimite agricultural zoned parcels. Please check on this fact. <br /> If this vi lation is the result of reporting by John F. Dohm, or one of <br /> his age s, Charlie Geisen or "Garrett" their P.I., please notify the <br /> Asst D. .
