Section 10.111 of the DCCO states the following: — (8)Building setback requirements; (a) Setback from front lot line to highway right-of-way line shall conform to the requirements of section 10.17; The building appears to be located less than 30 feet from the front property line (Section 10.17(5)(b) of the DCCO); (b) Construction equipment, vehicles, or material shall not be stored between the building setback line and the front lot line of any lot. The building appears to store material (i.e. road salt) and appears to be located between the building setback line and the front lot line. Section 10.25(2)(a) of the DCCO states that no new building shall hereafter be erected, and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has been issued. A Dane County zoning permit has not been issued for the storage shed. Section 10.01(7) of the DCCO states the following: Building.
