The site may only be accessed off LaRue Fields Lane using a stone tracking pad. The
pad must be a minimum of 50' long x 24' wide x 12” deep and be constructed of 3-inch
clear stone. No other site access may be used and material deposited in the road will be
cleaned up throughout and at the end of each workday.
2. Silt fence must be installed prior Ito grading in the locations shown on the plan and where
deemed necessary, including the idown slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be
maintained until the site has been vegetated and stabilized.
3. A bioretention basin must be constructed once the tributary area has been stabilized. Care
must be taken to prevent runoff from disturbed areas from entering the facility, once it
has been constructed and stabilized. The bioretention basin must be installed with 3-
inches of hardwood mulch followed by 36-inches of engineered soil. The basin must be
planted with live plugs at a density of one plant per square foot.
4. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur in tl,e areas identified as undisturbed on the plan. In the
event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures will be
required.
5. The maintenance agreement for Permanent stormwater management practices must be
recorded with the Register of Deeds prior to permit issuance.
6.
