I <br /> The C-2 Zoning District does allow or the outside storage of bulk materials. However. the covenants and <br /> restrictions for the LaRue Fields su division may conflict with this provision. There are Covenants and <br /> Restrictions for this subdivision file at the Dane County Register of Deeds under Doc#4359423. These <br /> covenants and restrictions may pro ibit outdoor storage of bulk materials or scrap materials from <br /> landscape projects. The Covenant also have design requirements for the lots that would need to be <br /> followed.
