Below are the conditions the Airport requests the Board of Adjustment <br /> establish for issuance of the requested temporary variance for four (4) construction <br /> cranes to be located at the above referenced address: <br /> (1) Applicant shall comply with all conditions and recommendations set forth in Federal <br /> Aviation Administration Aeronautical Studies No, 2008-AGL-7565-OE, 2008-AGL-7566- <br /> OE. 2008-AGL-7567-OE, and 2008-AGL-7568-OE. <br /> (2) Prior to erecting the construction cranes that are the subject of the temporary <br /> variance, applicant shall provide John Robinson, Dane County Regional Airport Director <br /> of Operations and Public Safety (office: (608) 246-3392, cell: (608) 235-6417), with the <br /> name and telephone number of an individual(s) having authority over operation and <br /> placement of the crane while it is on the construction site, <br /> (3)Applicant shall contact John Robinson, Dane County Regional Airport, at least three <br /> days before the crane will be raised to a maximum height not to exceed 105 feet above <br /> ground level (AGL) or 984 feet above mean sea level (AMSL)for cranes No. 1 & 2, and <br /> a maximum height of 105 feet AGL or 960 feet AMSL for crane No. 3 at both locations, <br /> (4) At no time will the height of the referenced cranes exceed 105 feet AGL or the <br /> established elevations AMSL.
