Please sign, date, <br /> initial, as indicated, and return the top copy. Please keep the second copy for your records and <br /> give the third copy to Mr. Dean Eppler, 608-825-8420, the Town of Burke building inspector. <br /> Please post the permit card prior to installation of the sign and call the Dane County zoning <br /> office, 608-266-4266,to request your inspections when the sign is installed. Also, please submit <br /> a check, payable to Dane County Zoning, for the permit fee, $100.00. A return envelope is <br /> enclosed for your convenience. <br /> Your second application, the wall sign for the south elevation of the building has been denied. <br /> The speed limit on Daentl Road is 35 miles per hour. <br /> Section 10.74(23) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances states that wall signs shall have a <br /> maximum size of 100 square feet where the speed limit on the adjacent highway is 35 miles per <br /> hour or less and shall be erected to a height not to exceed 20 feet. <br /> The proposed wall sign for the south elevation of the building is 136 square feet and 29.25 feet <br /> high.Also, the elevation drawing submitted does not accurately depict the wall of the building as <br /> it is constructed. <br /> Your application for the south, wall sign, and your elevation drawing for the south wall of the <br /> building are returned to you with this notice. A copy of the south elevation drawing of the <br /> building is enclosed. The drawing was submitted for the zoning permit, #20080553, for the <br /> building. <br /> Russell L.
