The site may only be accessed via existing field roads. No other site access may be used and any material deposited in public roadways will be cleaned up at the end of each workday. 2. Dredging must be confined to the existing channel as noted in the plan. The channel may be dredged to its original width and depth only. 3. Excavated material will be land spread in cultivated areas adjacent to the channel. Material may not be placed in areas identified as wetland. 4. This project involves dredging a channel identified as navigable by the DNR. DNR permits or approvals must be obtained prior to starting any activity. 5. Dredging activities must coincide with periods of low flow. A temporary stone weeper or turbidity barrier will be installed at the terminus of the project. 6. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: Dredging is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required permits and approvals. Excavated materials must be land spread and incorporated into cultivated areas adjacent to the channel and planted to crops by July 1, 2009. The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan (July 1,2009).
