<br /> You are required to contact the Township and other governmental agencies who have authority to permit the construction of the
<br /> driveway off of highway right-of-way.
<br /> Runoff from the driveway shall not be directed toward the roadway shoulder,nor shalt the driveway obstruct drainage on the
<br /> highway. Concrete driveways are not allowed to directly abut the edge of roadway pavements. Decorative paving on highway
<br /> right-of-way will not be replaced in kind if damaged during maintenance or removed during repaving/reconstruction. Normal

<br /> employees from and ageinst all claims,damages,losses,and expenses including attorneys'fees arising out of or resulting e
<br /> from the performance of the work, provided that any such claim, damage, loss, or expense(1) is attributable to bodily
<br /> injury,sickness,dl8ease or death,or to injury to or destruction of tangible property(other-than the work itreit)including
<br /> the loss of use resulting therefrom,-and(2)is caused in whole or in part by any negligent act or omission of the Permit
<br /> Holder,the Permit Holder's Agent(s),anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them or anyone for whose acts any
<br /> of them may be liable,regardless of whether or not it is caused in part by a party inaemnitted hereunder,
<br /> b. If any and all claims ageing Dane County or any of its officers, agents, Or employees by any employee of the Permit

<br /> on the amount or type of damages,compensation or benefits payable by or for the Permit Holder or the Permit Holder's
