Statement of intent to transfer a development right <br /> I, Bill Nelson, intend to transfer to Bert Carr one (1) of the five (5) development rights ("splits")available <br /> to my^200 acre farm in sections 27, 33, and 34 of the town of Rutland.The transfer is being made for a <br /> good and valuable consideration agreed upon by Mr. Carr and myself.The transfer will enable Mr. Carr <br /> to create a 2.1 acre residential parcel on his property located at 176 North Union Road. <br /> As a result of the transfer, upon town/county approval of Mr. Carr's rezoning petition, I acknowledge <br /> that my remaining development rights will be reduced to four(4).
