WITHDRAWN JUNE 30, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10985 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Medina Location: Section 20 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2 <br /> Part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, T8N, RI2E, Town of Medina, Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> more fully described as follows: Beginning at the East 1/4 Corner of said Section 20; thence <br /> S00°02'17"W, 845.37 feet along the East line of said Southeast 1/4 to a point on the center line <br /> of Oak Park Road; thence S31°41'08"W, 100.00 feet along said center line; thence <br /> N56°21'11"W, 488.88' feet;thence S88°48'38"W, 2200.00 feet to a point on the West line of <br /> said Southeast 1/4; N00°10'05"W, 650.00 feet along said West line to the Center of said Section <br /> 20; thence N88°48'38"E, 2662.07 feet along the North line of said Southeast 1/4 to the point of <br /> beginning, containing 1,798,628 square feet or 41.290 acres Gross. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> 1. A site development plan shall be approved by the Town of Medina prior to a zoning <br /> permit being issued on the property. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on parcels 0812-204-8000-7 and 0812-204- <br /> 8500-2 to prohibit further residential development on the remaining A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture zoned land. The housing density rights for the original farm have been <br /> exhausted. <br /> 2. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the A-2 property to prohibit any land <br /> division of the property. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
