ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5102 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5102: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Blue Mounds <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 31; thence Easterly along the East-West quarter Section line of said Section <br /> 31, 2270 feet; thence Southerly parallel with West line of the SW 1/4 of said <br /> Section 31, 525 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing Southerly <br /> parallel iwth said West line, 295.17 feet; thence Easterly parallel with said <br /> East-West quarter section line, 295.17 feet; thence Northerly parallel with <br /> said West line, 295.17 feet; thence Westerly parallel with said East-West <br /> quarter Section line, 295.17 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 0 2 1991 <br />
