ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5103 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5103: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Berry described as follows: Lot <br /> #1, CSM 660 found in Volume 3, Page 177 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds Office. Also, Beginning at the Southeast corner of Certified <br /> Survey Map #660; thence S 01° 26' 24" East, 75.00 feet; thence S 86° 48' 21" <br /> West, 1260.49 feet; thence N 01° 15' 10' West, 200.00 feet; thence N 86° 49' <br /> 52" East, 454.21 feet; thence N 86° 53' 08' East, 219.78 feet to a point on the <br /> West line of Lot #2, CSM #660; thence S 02° 19' 22" West, 125.00 feet to the <br /> South line of said CSM; thence N 86° 48' 21" East, along said South line, <br /> 594.04 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 0 2 1991 <br />
