This proposed rezoning and lot expansion Is In an <br /> agricultural preservation area of the Town of Berry. These lots existed <br /> prior to plan adoption. <br /> There Is an existing house with horses on the RH-2 parcel . There Is a <br /> house on the lot to the west and one to the northwest across Aspen Lane. <br /> The proposed addition to the lot Is on less productive farmland.
