ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5106 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5106: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 35, Town of Verona described as follows: TO <br /> RH-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said CSM 4624; thence N 88° <br /> 49' 40" East 62.14 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 36° 09' 40" East <br /> 553.17 feet; thence along Horseshoe Bend on a curve to the right of radius 186 <br /> and long chord of N 44° 33' 30' East 80.00 feet; thence N 10° 53' 54" West <br /> 418.36 feet; thence S 88° 49' 40" West 314.30 feet; thence S 36° 09' 40" East <br /> 18.31 feet to the point of beginning.
