ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5108 • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> Tie Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Iomes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. # 108: <br /> Part o the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commen ing at the Southwest corner of said Section 23; thence North on Section <br /> line, 76 feet more or less; thence N 89° 17' East, 193 feet more or less to <br /> East line of STH 73 and the point of beginning; thence N 05° 38' West on <br />_ _ right-of-way line, 66.24 feet; thence N 89° 17' East, 490 feet more or less;' <br /> thence N 00° 43' West, 172 feet more or less; thence N 88° 30' East, 228 feet <br /> mor or less; thence S 00° 43' East, 241 feet more or less; thence S 89° 17' <br /> West, 13 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The ab ve listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certif ed survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
