• • • ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5111 <br /> ending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> and gH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO RI 2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 7, thence North, <br /> along the section line, 1460.25 feet; thence S 82° 03' 35" West, 431.55 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue S 82° 03' 35" West, 683.70 feet to the <br /> centerline of Hwy. 14; thence N 32° 00' 00" West along the centerline, 204.90 <br /> feet; thence N 54° 27' 00" East, 625.50 feet; thence S 32° 00' 00" East, 522.37 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH 4: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 7; thence North, <br /> along the Section line, 2494.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 86° 20' <br /> West, 698.25 feet; thence S 54° 27' West, 480.05 feet; thence S 25° 10' East, <br /> 499.2 feet; thence N 54° 27' East, 210.00 feet; thence S 32° 00' East, 522.37 <br /> feet; thence N 82° 03' 35", 431.55 feet to the East line of Section 7; thence <br /> North, 1036.9 feet along the Section line to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Condi ional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of th- Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the fallowing conditions. <br /> CERTI'IED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The a!•ove listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amen. flent will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> Count , a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> recor. the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: OCT 0 0 1991 <br />
