I do know for fact that the city allows up to 30%of the sign-able area for all wall signs. I have run the calculations and we are way under Madison code for wall signs. Pat Anderson at Madison zoning said that I should submit it to Dane county. They just file it away for safe-keeping. Not too anxious to re-submit at the city since they have already told me this story AND it takes them around three weeks to review. 1
