Beginning at <br /> lines of Lots loandr2ofthencelWeste86efee00more, <br /> Esat 294.4 feet along the Ea to the North <br /> or less; thence South 000 04' East 307 feet, more or less; <br /> right-of-way of Maunesha Drive, thence Easterly along the right-of-way to the <br /> point of-beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> A.
