She is 83 years old and will <br /> soon be unable to care for her own house in Decatur, Illinois. <br /> As requested, I am including the following: <br /> 1. A legal description of my lot; <br /> 2. A filing fee of $100.00; and <br /> 3 . Location of my house on the lot. <br /> I will not make any changes on the outside of my house. As <br /> indicated in the information you sent, the changes will permit a <br /> "dependency living arrangement" for my mother . Since the lower <br /> level of my house already has a bathroom, the only changes needed <br /> will be to install a kitchen and a door in the downstairs <br /> hallway. What is now a laundry room will be converted into a <br /> kitchen and I will move the washing machine and dryer upstairs. <br /> This arrangement will give my mother privacy but will permit <br /> me to give her some care - she needs little at present. If <br /> approved, I will make the necessary changes during the summer of <br /> 1991 . <br /> I hope this information covers the items asked for and that <br /> these changes can be approved.
