Sun porch <br /> built n 1984 (photo copy of checks enclosed) . <br /> REASON FOR SUN PORCH <br /> Water • rainage problems in back yard. During spring and heavy <br /> rains, our west basement wall leaked water in about six places. <br /> Lot #1% to the North is quite a bit higher and all water drains <br /> down t .ru our back yard. Our septic field system runs North to <br /> South n our back yard. Over the years (house built in 1966) <br /> the ground next to the house had settled, to add to the water <br /> proble s. I Couldn't raise the ground level enough to properly <br /> fix the water problem because of the house sill plate height. <br /> By add ng the sun porch, I gained twelve feet and reached a point <br /> in the back yard where the water drains into the farmers field <br /> behind us.
