ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5123 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. 0$123: <br /> Pars of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 33, thence <br /> East 4$ feet; thence South 180 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> South '60 feet; thence East 242.2 feet; thence North 260 feet; thence West <br /> 242.2 eet to the point of beginning. <br /> This d,scription is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will br prepared for approval and recorded.
