Steinhauer, Charles
From: Steinhauer, Charles
Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2009 1:10 PM
To: 'jgdoerfer @tds.net'
Subject: Zoning Permit
John and Jane:
I have reviewed your plans and entered the permit into our permit tracking system. During this process I also assigned the
Rural Address of 2271 Fitchrona Rd. Last week I dropped of the placard and post @ the site. This placement is to be at
the edge of your right of way with the highway, and within 10 feet either side of the road surface into your property. Your
setback more than meets the minimum required for this project, so no automatic location survey will be required.
Next is for you to come and review my work (the permit )and pay the fees. You will be signing the permit, and copies will
be provided for you.
We will be able to sign off on the first inspection, and we'll explain how you can request the 2nd inspection.
The Dane County Zoning Permit from our office is separate from any and all permits you may need from other local,
County, or State agencies. Please pay special attention to handle those permit applications as needed.
Thanks for your cooperation.
cict)e.:11.
Charlie
266-0010
1
