I am one of the first property owners of the <br /> original Terrace Park subdivision which lies immediately south <br /> of the parcel in question. As a property owner, and one the <br /> original officers and founders of the Terrace Park Neighborhood <br /> Association, I speak for myself and several others in the <br /> neighborhood. We oppose the request to rezone this parcel from <br /> A-1 Agriculture to C-1 Commercial. <br /> Our concern is for the continued welfare and tranquillity of our <br /> neighborhood. There are many homes in close proximity to this <br /> parcel and the introduction of commercial use to this rural and <br /> residential setting could conceivably affect property values, <br /> increase commercial traffic on Windsor Road, and change the <br /> quality of our neighborhood.
