ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5122 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5122: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 18, thence South 150 <br /> feet point of beginning; thence South 600 feet; thence West 208 feet; thence <br /> North 600 feet; thence East 208 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. use of the property shall be limited to open storage of recreational <br /> vehicles, boats, boat trailers, camper vehicles and the like. <br /> B. storage of trucks, automobiles, semi tractors or semi trailers is not <br /> permitted. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITIONS IMPOSED ON THE REZONE <br /> 1. The rezone will not be effective until installation or completion of <br /> all of the following items has been verified by the Zoning <br /> Department: <br /> A. The property shall be fenced with an 8' high chain-link-fence. <br /> B. The property is to be adequately lighted at night for security <br /> and safety purposes. <br /> C.
