TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION # 5122 <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said <br /> petition is hereby (Approved isapproved). <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> 1 . Deed Restrict the use to Open Storage of Recreational Vehicles, Boats, Trailers, <br /> Campers, etc. The storage of trucks, cars and semi-tractor/trailers will not be <br /> permitted. <br /> 2. The area is to be fenced with a 8 ft. century type fence. <br /> 3. The area is to be lighted and landscaped as appropriate. <br /> (Use reverse side if additional space is required). <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board but, said <br /> rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please list the reasons <br /> for the approval. These reasons can be a critical factor for both the Zoning <br /> Committee and the County Board in their consideration of the rezone. <br /> This area is currently zoned A-1 , however the agricultural value of the land is <br /> questionable. Open Storage as outlined by Mr. Yelk would be a suitable use. The <br /> City of Sun Prairie has commercial property to the north of this site on Bird St. <br /> The City also has a closed landfill northeast of the site.
