RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 35; thence S 89° 30' <br /> 54" East along the North line of Section 35, 483.09 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 89° 30' 54" E, 1236.36 feet; thence S 01° 35' 01" West, <br /> 585.14 feet; thence S 89° 45' 17" West, 927.88 feet; thence N 25° 59' 47" <br /> West, 666.82 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and <br /> from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the <br /> parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following <br /> restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A. The residence and any related accessory buildings shall be <br /> constructed between the two ditches which cross the property in a <br /> North-South direction. One ditch is located approximately 300-400 <br /> feet from the East property line and the other is approximately 100 <br /> feet in from the West property line. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and <br /> shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their <br /> successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, <br /> pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are <br /> amended or terminated. <br />
