ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5135 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes and A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. i15135: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: TO A-1 EX. : Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4, <br /> which point is the point of beginning; thence East along the North line of the <br /> SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 890 feet; thence S 45° East, 300 feet; thence N 45° East, 70 <br /> feet; thence S 45° East, 200 feet; thence S 45° West, 200 feet; thence N 45° <br /> West, 200 feet; thence N 45° East, 64 feet; thence N 45° West, 280 feet; thence <br /> West, 860 feet to the West line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North, 66 feet to <br /> the point of beginning.
