<br /> I found a Concrete Monument with Brass Cap 4"± below the asphalt pavement surface per tie sheet by Carl M.
<br /> Sandsness, dated January 14, 2007. I found the Reference Monument and the SW City of Madison Witness Monument
<br /> os referenced on said tie sheet. I accepted the Concrete Monument with Brass Cap (see picture), tied into the
<br /> Reference Monument (see picture), & Witness Monument, tied into two (2) J/"0 solid iron rods, and placed two (2)
<br /> ties as referenced below. Date of field survey & monument recovery was February 15, 2016. Elevations provided on REFERENCE
<br /> section corners are based upon the NAVD88 Datum. MONUMENT FOUND
<br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness (CAP BROKEN OFF)
<br /> monuments shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron, or other equally durable material.) Describe
<br /> witness monuments.
<br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is sufficient in detail " }

<br /> West of the corner as does subsequent tie sheet by Francis R. Thousand, dated 1-14-2007, which depicts the Reference
<br /> Monument as being S89'06'35"W, 8,96' of the corner.
<br /> (f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or, (2) a
<br /> found perpetuated location?
