That the Building if the building is registered then any HVAC submittal(if the building is heated)or Fire Suppression or Fire Alarm systems(if otherwise required to be submitted per Comm T.61.30-3)for this project must all be registered with the Department of Commerce. Structural components(i.e.trusses)do not have to be registered separately. 5. That this registration does not affect the requirements to submit plans for plumbing systems,private sewage systems,swimming pools,elevators or other plans if applicable. 6. That upon completion of construction,this building shall be in compliance with all applicable Wisconsin codes and standards. 7. That you are responsible for retaining a Wisconsin Registered Architect or Professional Engineer,or, alternatively in the case of an HVAC system,a Registered HVAC Designer,as supervising professional throughout the construction phase of this project. The supervising professional(s)shall submit compliance statements to this agency and the municipality prior to the building being occupied. 8. That this project is subject to audit by our agency.You are responsible for maintaining a copy of the plans signed and sealed by the designer at the building site for review by our staff. Our staff has authority to enter public buildings and places of employment to determine code compliance. 9. If this construction project will disturb one or more acres of land,an Erosion Control Notice of Intent(NOI) shall be filed with the department 7 days prior to any earth disturbing activities.You will need to either file the NOI and an erosion control plan summary on-line at www.commerce.wi.gov/sb or submit a completed NOI form and either a plan summary or complete plan to us,with additional fees,or to the certified municipality. Prior to the start of construction,all applicable building permits should be obtained from the authorities having jurisdiction in accordance with local laws and ordinances. This registration satisfies the statutory requirement of s. 101.12(3)(h)for state approval prior to the granting of local permits or licenses. This registration is valid for the period indicated above. Thereafter,the unfinished portions of the project shall be redesigned to the code existing at that time and shall be re-registered with our agency.
