Per the Offer to Purchase, the town is <br /> responsible for rezoning and the necessary certified survey map <br /> to purchase the land. <br /> The Town hereby requests a rezoning and conditional use <br /> permit to permit a town cemetery. <br /> Enclosed is a preliminary drawing of the proposed certified <br /> survey map, including the legal description of the land for which <br /> the permit is requested.
