ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5128 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5128: <br /> Part of SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 18; thence West 1339.8 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning of this description; thence North <br /> 970 feet more or less along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, thence Southwesterly <br /> 1370 feet more or less along the South right-of-way of the railroad; thence <br /> South 730 feet more or less along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, and the <br /> centerline of Vilas Hope Road, thence East 1339.8 feet more or less along the <br /> South line of said 1/4 1/4 and the centerline of Jahnke Road to the point of <br /> beginning of this description. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
