ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5130 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the <br /> RE-1 Recreational and A-2(1) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5130: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RE-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 36; thence South <br /> 886.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 71° West, 1420 feet; thence <br /> South 595 feet; thence N 73° East, 1410 feet; thence North 126 feet; thence <br /> West 241 feet; thence North 208 feet; thence East 241 feet; North 331 feet to <br /> point of beginning. <br /> ALSO, TO A-2(1) : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 36; thence <br /> South 1217.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 208 feet; <br /> thence West 241 feet; thence North 208 feet; thence East 241 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> I. CONDITION <br /> The rezone will be effective upon removal of the existing mobile home <br /> from the property. <br /> II. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by <br /> Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: � <br />
