ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5134 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Dunn described as follows: The <br /> South 250 feet, more or less, of the West 950 feet. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) _ <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Also to RH-2: The North 300 feet, more or less, of the West 800 more or less <br /> feet all being in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Dunn. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions <br /> A. The described area shall not be separated from the farm property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
