PETITION #513,by Badger Surveying, agent for Donald and Lois Marsh to <br /> change the -zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RH-2 Rural Homes on <br /> property located at and North of 2660 USH 51 in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> Section 10, Town of Dunn. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Mackie to amend the petition as specified by the Town: <br /> 1. Only one new parcel may be created. Said new parcel shall be <br /> located at the SW corner of the 1/4 1/4 and not more than 5 acres <br /> in area. The new parcel shall be for the purpose of separating <br /> the existing residence from the farm. <br /> 2. The requested rezone to RH-2 at the North side of the 1/4 1/4 <br /> shall be only a zoned area to accommodate a residence for the <br /> property owner and shall not be a separate parcel. A deed <br /> restriction shall be recorded which prohibits separation of the <br /> zoned area from the farm property. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Mackie to approve as amended; carried 6-0. <br /> 27.
