PETITION #513,by Badger Surveying, agent for Donald and Lois Marsh to change the -zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RH-2 Rural Homes on property located at and North of 2660 USH 51 in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Dunn. Motion by Proctor/Mackie to amend the petition as specified by the Town: 1. Only one new parcel may be created. Said new parcel shall be located at the SW corner of the 1/4 1/4 and not more than 5 acres in area. The new parcel shall be for the purpose of separating the existing residence from the farm. 2. The requested rezone to RH-2 at the North side of the 1/4 1/4 shall be only a zoned area to accommodate a residence for the property owner and shall not be a separate parcel. A deed restriction shall be recorded which prohibits separation of the zoned area from the farm property. Motion carried 6-0. Motion by Proctor/Mackie to approve as amended; carried 6-0. 27. Motion by Dahlk/Mackie to approve; carried 6-0. 28. PETITION #5136 by John M. Fox, agent for Cherokee Park, Inc. to change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture (Wetlands) to A-1 Exclusive Agriculture (Non-Wetlands) on property located North of Burning Wood Way in part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Westport. Motion by Blaska/Proctor to postpone committee action pending action by - the Town; carried 6-0. 29.
