Schutte) outlining the <br /> procedure for the proposed golf driving range has not been answered to this date <br /> because I'm not sure exactly how we're going to proceed. <br /> I do appreciate your quick response. <br /> At the present time, we will put on hold the plan that we had originally proposed <br /> to you - St. Peter Church area - until a more definite definition of wetlands are <br /> received at the national level. <br /> Consequently, we will do nothing further on this until spring-summer of 1992 at <br /> which I will review it in light of new federal regulations on wetlands, if there <br /> is a change - and I believe there will be. <br /> Cherokee Park, Inc. will do nothing in this area in the meantime. <br /> The one item in the letter which I might mention to you so nobody thinks we're <br /> doing anything wrong and that is the parking item - item 2 in your letter - will <br /> not extend the 200' as shown on the plan. The parking will only be approximately <br /> 40' , maybe 50' , off of Sherman Avenue and therefore will not be near the wetland <br /> boundaries. <br /> Akain, my`1t anks for your help.
