The DNR notice states that their <br /> wetland delineation and survey which was done on the subject site determined <br /> that the fill does encroach into an existing wetland area. I informed the BOA <br /> and you that the wetland determination imposes the requirement of first <br /> extension a out of the <br /> theeroaddconstruction order <br /> extension. I <br /> rezone out of wetland is approved. <br /> The parameters for a rezone out of the wetland district are explained in <br /> Section 11.10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinance, please see the enclosed <br /> ur <br /> copy.
