The DNR notice states that their <br /> wetland delineation and survey which was done on the subject site determined <br /> that the fill does encroach into an existing wetland area. I informed the BOA <br /> and you that the wetland determination imposes the requirement of first <br /> extension a out of the <br /> theeroaddconstruction order <br /> extension. I <br /> rezone out of wetland is approved. <br /> The parameters for a rezone out of the wetland district are explained in <br /> Section 11.10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinance, please see the enclosed <br /> ur <br /> copy. The rezone process follows the normal routine of application inIourve <br /> office, a public hearing and action (approval/denial) by the county. <br /> enclosed a copy of the rezone instructions and schedule for your information. <br /> You are hereby notified that the rezone application shall be filed no later <br /> than July 12, 1991 or an order to remove the road fill and to restore <br /> pteesssite <br /> to its original condition will be issued.
