• ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5138 1 4 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-2(8) <br /> Agriculture: <br /> Pet. #5138: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 23; thence S 89° 34' 20" Esat, <br /> 2,657.67 feet along the South line of the Southwest quarter of Section 23 to <br /> the South quarter corner of Section 23; thence N 54° 43' 34" East, 680.34 feet <br /> to the point of beginning of the description; thence North, 888.76 feet; thence <br /> N 89° 49' 02" West, 250.18 feet; thence N 00° 00' 40" East, 243.81 feet; thence <br /> along the centerline of Old Stone Road; being a curve to the left having a <br /> radius of 1,235.35 feet and a long chord bearing N 62° 16' 36" East, 638.93 <br /> feet; thence N 47° 17' 22" East, 60.60 feet continuing along said centerline; <br /> thence S 00° 10' 36" East, 1,214.43 feet; thence S 54° 43' 34" West, 445.51 <br /> feet to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> The above listed descriptin/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
