It became effective 05/08/1998 with the following Deed <br /> Restriction: <br /> "To sped that the use shall be limited to a 16,000 square foot breeding facility <br /> for laboratory rats and mice, and related uses such as driveway, parking lots and <br /> lights. " <br /> The same owners now wish to expand the commercial facility and are "requesting the <br /> deed restriction be changed to 18,000 square feet to allow for the building expansion." <br /> This "laboratory animal production facility"was constructed in approximately 1976 <br /> originally as King Animal Laboratories Inc. <br /> Dane County Agency/Town Comments <br /> The agencies and/or local government bodies listed below have submitted the following <br /> comments regarding this petition. <br /> Town of Rutland <br /> The Town Board voted unanimously to approve the petition. <br /> Recommended Conditions <br /> The ZNR Committee may wish to consider the following conditions/restrictions: <br /> 1) Deed restrict the C-1 lot to limit permitted uses to an 18,000 square foot <br /> breeding facility for laboratory rats and mice, and related uses such as <br /> driveway, parking lots and lights. <br /> Composite report for petition 8675 Page 1 of 1 <br />
