Effective July 19, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10971 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Dane Location: Section 33 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2 (2) <br /> A parcel of land being part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, <br /> T9N, R8E, Town of Dane, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 33; thence N 00°41'00" E <br /> along the East line of the Northeast 1/4, 414.08 feet;thence N 89°22'38" W, 1349.41 <br /> feet to a point on the West right of way of County Trunk Highway "P" and to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence continue N 89°22'38" W, 450.42 feet; thence N 00°50'16" E, 317.89 <br /> feet; thence S 89°36'14" E, 447.94 feet to the West right of way of County Trunk <br /> Highway "P"; thence S 00°23'27" W along said right of way 319.67 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. This parcel contains 143189 sq. ft. or 3.29 acres thereof. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. A deed restriction shall be recorded on parcels 0908-343-8600-0, 0908-343- <br /> 8570-7, 0908-343-8500-1, 0908-342-9190-6, 0908-334-8500-2, 0908-334- <br /> 8000-7, 0908-331-9501-0, and 0908-331-9001-0 to prohibit further residential <br /> development on the remaining A-1 Exclusive Agriculture zoned land.
